How does shipping work?

When you begin your purchase of an item, a form will pop up for you to enter your address and info for shipping. Due to the discrepancies in shipping costs, we custom quote all shipping for furniture items. You must purchase the item first and pay for shipping separately for all furniture items.

How much will it cost?

While the cost each piece differs based on the size of your piece, its fragility, and your location, here are some references so you can anticipate what your shipping costs might be:

How do I pay for shipping?

After receiving your custom quote, you will be sent an invoice with a link to pay by credit card.

When will my pieces ship & How long does it take??

It will take 48 hours to create and confirm your custom shipping quote. Furniture pieces typically ship out within 3-5 days to the West Coast and within 1-2 weeks to the East Coast. Once shipped, your furniture will usually arrive in about 1-2 weeks. We will provide shipment tracking so you can keep an eye out for your shipment.

Will my shipment be insured?

Yes. We work with reputable shipping companies who provide insurance that your furniture will arrive safely and securely. They are responsible for the shipment of your items. Badlands Vintage is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipment.

Can I pick up my furniture?

We highly recommend shipping your pieces to ensure they arrive safely. If you are in the SoCal area, you can pick up your pieces from our showroom at 845 South Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA. Please contact brittany@badlandsvintage.com immediately after making your purchase to arrange a pick-up time. You must pick up your item within 7 days. You must be able to load items yourself and provide your own equipment to secure the items. Badlands Vintage is not responsible for any damage that may occur in the pick-up, loading, and transport of your items.
