Purchasing + Holds

When purchasing vintage please note that once these items are in your possession they are your responsibility. All vintage pieces should be handled with the utmost care. Some vintage pieces require more care than others.

We do not hold items. All invoices are to be paid immediately.  An issued invoice does not place an item on hold. An item is not sold until we receive payment.

We highly recommend shipping to ensure the safe and secure transport and placement of our vintage pieces. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies based on weight, size and distance traveled. We do not control shipping rates and cannot offer discounts on shipping.

We are not responsible for any delays, or damage that may occur during transit. .

Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Badlands Vintage. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Payment for delivery should be made to the company directly. 

Returns

All sales are FINAL. Badlands Vintage does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all merchandise is sold AS IS. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are more than happy to send more photos, videos, and answer any questions you may have prior to purchase. We take pride in our products and sell vintage in as best of condition as possible, however, most vintage pieces will show some signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. The condition of each vary accordingly and are sold as is.

Pick Up

Sold items MUST be picked up within SEVEN business days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with Badlands Vintage. In many cases, arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee.

Blankets and packing items are suggested for in-store pick ups for furniture & fragile items. Please bring help as needed as we do not provide assistance with loading items.

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will be put back for sale on the floor. 

Designer / Trade Discount:

We offer 10% Trade Discount for all designers.
